Grant in the Spotlight: Constitutional Accountability Center

The Wyss Foundation is proud to announce its continued support for the Constitutional Accountability Center and its ongoing mission to “fulfill the progressive promise of our Constitution’s text and history.”

The Wyss Foundation’s grant of $400,000 will allow the Constitutional Accountability Center to continue to play a central role in preserving the rights and freedoms of all Americans and protecting the judiciary from special interests through litigation, advocacy, and public education. The grant will support the Constitutional Accountability Center’s litigation program, which employs a unique approach of developing arguments that demonstrate that the Constitution’s text and history point to progressive outcomes.

The grant will also support the Constitutional Accountability Center’s public education campaign and media outreach over the true meaning of the Constitution, taking into account its text and history protecting the judiciary from special interests through litigation, advocacy, and public education.
