The Wyss Foundation is excited to announce a $500,000 grant to One22 Resource Center, a community-based organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing financial and cultural challenges in the Greater Teton area of Wyoming. As the primary hub for community resources in Teton County, One22 provides a vital safety net for people facing crises.

Through this grant, One22 will continue its impactful work of empowering community members toward lasting stability and autonomy through providing basic needs, emergency resources, and financial empowerment.

“Support from the Wyss Foundation ensures that our food pantry is well-stocked, and emergency financial assistance is readily available. More importantly, it creates opportunities for individuals and families to overcome challenges. Whether facing everyday hardships or full-blown crises, our clients are met with powerful resources, a strong sense of community and compassion,” said Sharel Lund, executive director of One22.

“The staggering economic inequality present in the greater Teton region is emblematic of a growing crisis in American society” said Molly McUsic, president of the Wyss Foundation. “We are proud to support One22 and its mission of alleviating the financial and cultural burdens experienced by many Teton families.”
